Hi
I have a problem with KATTIVE.
Many users of the system have found a way to surf the Internet for an unlimited time.
Here's how:
If a user logs on to a second location at the same time, he can go on the internet on two computers simultaneously and has no time limit that I set in the rules.
Try it when you see the message of the last 5 minutes remaining.
This problem is not occasional, but it happens every time I try.

Ok, i'll ask Marco testing for this issue.
You say that this issue happens only when the user is logged on on a terminal and it tries to connect with another without exiting from the first terminal???
I think it will be better you contact us via phone call and we will connect to your system in the usual way.

Something like this was reported to me, but I never had time to check this thoroughly ...
Some users have very low consideration of their own credentials, and exchange them with friends, so this scenario is very likely to happen.
